Philosophy

The motto ‘Soul and Taste’ sums up our philosophy: to offer our guests an experience that excites the senses and the heart.
Our attention to detail is evident in everything, from the table setting to the choice of seasonal ingredients, to the wine list with over 250 mainly Italian labels, accompanied by a refined selection of champagnes
to toast special moments.

The interiors reflect an all-Italian style: the teal-coloured wood panelling evokes luxury and exclusivity without excess, while the intense red of the fine Levanto marble, combined with brass, creates a harmony of colours rooted in Venetian architecture.
